If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at email@example.com or by using our Contact Us form within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. If it has been over 30 days since you have received your purchase unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item valued at over $75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
